Return conditions
You can return the item within 28 days. However, you have to state you want to return the item within the first 14 day period. The 14 day period starts the day after you have received order.
Conditions:
- Always return products well packed in the original packaging.
- You can only return items if they are unopened.
- Please include the original packing slip.
- Exceptions: personalized products may not be returned.
Process:
- Please sent us an email to retour@brothersingames.com with:
- order number;
- reason;
- and photos if applicable.
If a return request meets the above conditions and the 14 day period to request a return, for NL, BE, DE we can sent you a link that you can use to generate a return label. Or you can sent from a mail carrier of your choosing to the address below.
For the USA customers we don’t have the option to generate a return label.

Cost:
- We will give you a full refund of the already paid shipping and item cost. We will sent this out within 5 work days from receiving the return shipment.
- The already paid shipping cost will only be refunded if the total order is returned. If only a partial order is returned the initial shipping cost are not refunded.
- NL has free return shipment. You have to pay for the return shipment if ordered from outside NL. The cost will vary per country and size of package but in general will be the same as the initial shipping cost for the order to which the return is applicable (BE,DE). If you choose the option that we will generate a return label we will deduct the return shipment cost from the total refund amount automatically. For the countries that don’t have the ability to get a generated return label you have to choose your own mail carrier to return the item(s) and pay the cost for the return shipment.
