ORDERS
  • How can I see if a product is still in stock?
    • On the product page if you click on the product you can see if there is still stock.

  • Can I order sold out products?
    • That depends on if we will do an additional print. Or accept pre-orders for an additional print. Please contact us and we will check!

  • How do I know if you have received my order?
    • If you have placed an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Did not receive an email? Please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • Can I see my order status somewhere?
    • Yes, your order status is visible on your accounts page.
PAYMENT METHODS
  • What type of payments do you support?
    • You can pay via Apple Pay, iDEAL, Credit card, Bancontact, EPS, KBC/CBC and Riverty. All payments are arranged via the Mollie Payments Foundation.
  • Can I pay later?
    • Yes, of course! We offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) through Riverty. Riverty is only available for The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

  • To what countries do you ship? And what are the shipping costs per country?

For all packages you will receive a track & trace code through email when the package is sent.

  • What are the expected delivery times for each country?
    • Netherlands and Belgium | 2-3 business days. Weekends and public holidays excluded. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays at mail carriers.

  • What about pre-ordered games?
    • If you pre-ordered a product then the estimated delivery will be visible on the product page. Once we have all components of your order we will sent it out with a track & trace code that you will receive through email.
DELIVERY
  • Can I have my order sent to a different address?
    • Yes! During check-out you can select ‘sent to other address’ and fill in the address.
  • I think my package is lost. What should I do?
    • Bummer! Sometimes there are delays that you can see indicated when checking the track & trace. When in doubt contact the mail delivery company first. If you still think the package is lost then please contact us so we can see if we can help out!
